Live event engraving
We set up a booth at your event and engrave guest items on the spot. Each engraving can be up to 5 in × 5 in. You supply the items, we bring the laser, the artwork setup and the crowd energy.
How to book your event
- Use the quote calculator to set guests, hours and location. Your price updates instantly.
- Tap the date field to open the calendar, then choose your date, start time and end time. Your hours and price update to match.
- Enter the venue address, how many items to engrave, the item and material. Choose whether you provide the items or we source them (then add 2 to 3 sample photos).
- Add your name, email and phone, tap Request this booking, and copy the summary. Send it to Sales@laserluxlab.com or text 682-699-2778. Your date is held once we confirm.

Bring my own Item
Bring us something you own and we engrave it. Photograph it, mark the spot, and our laser artist sends you a quote. Free pickup and delivery within Collin County, or a $25 pickup fee anywhere in DFW. The engraving can be up to 5 in × 5 in.
How to order engraving for your own item
- Take or upload a photo of your item.
- Type what to engrave and pick a font. Choose Small, Medium or Large and drag the box to where it goes. The box keeps its size and stays to scale, and you can rotate the text. Tap Add another engraving to put more on the same item.
- Tell us the item, material and how you want to get it to us (drop-off, or pickup and delivery).
- Add your name, email and phone, tap Submit, then copy your summary and send it with your photo to Sales@laserluxlab.com. Our laser artist quotes your price: it varies by material, design complexity, pickup location and processing time.

Tap or drag on the photo to move the selected box. Tap another box to select it. Boxes never change size, only position. The sample item below is a placeholder until you add your photo.
Frame the photo so the item fills the width, then enter how wide it is. This keeps the box to scale with your item.
Metal business card designer
Design both sides, pick your metal, and submit. Drag text, logos and QR codes anywhere on the card. The preview shows how the engraving reads on the color you choose.
How to design your metal business card
- Already have a card? Upload a scan or photo of the front and back so our artist can copy it, then skip to step 4. Otherwise start with the sample on the card.
- Tap an item on the card, then drag it anywhere. Drag the square in its corner to resize. Change the words in the box below the card.
- Use Add text, Add logo or Add QR code to put more on the card. Paste each QR code’s link under QR code links. Switch to Editing back for the other side.
- Pick a metal color and quantity, then add your name, email and phone.
- Tap Submit card design, copy your summary and send it to us. We send a proof and price, and engrave only after you approve.

Sample text is shown so you can see the layout. Drag anything to move it, and drag the corner square to resize. QR codes are generated from the links you add, and we engrave them at no charge.
Photo engraving
Upload a photo and we remove the background and engrave just the subject on an anodized aluminum keychain card or pet tag. Pick a shape and a color and the preview shows how it can look.
How to order a photo engraving
- Upload your original, high resolution photo (at least 1500 px on the long edge).
- Choose a keychain card or a pet tag, then a color: black, silver, blue or red.
- Add your name, email and phone, then tap Request photo engraving.
- Copy your summary and send it with the photo file. We remove the background, send a proof and price, and engrave only after you approve.

Preview is an approximation and shows your photo unedited. We remove the background by hand, engrave only the subject, and send a proof before we engrave anything.
